Their client base is diverse, spanning media, technology, entertainment, and sports properties. They work with some of the largest and most storied organizations in the world as well as innovative new players.

Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Associate to support our Commercial Advisory team in conducting research, performing analysis, and coordinating project activities internally and externally. This role involves collaboration with senior team members, supporting client interactions, and contributing to internal processes to ensure smooth operations and high-quality deliverables.

Key Responsibilities

​

Research & Analysis:
Gather and analyze qualitative and quantitative data to address client challenges.
Develop insights to support informed decision-making and strategic planning.

​

Reports & Presentations:
Assist in creating clear, compelling reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations.

Support senior team members in ensuring documents meet client expectations and deadlines.

​

Project Management:
Manage specific project tasks or workstreams with attention to detail, accuracy, and alignment with overall objectives.

​

Maintain trackers and provide weekly status updates on ongoing projects.
Own meeting minutes and summaries.

​

Work closely with consultants and clients to refine solutions and ensure high-quality deliverables.

Play leading role in meeting coordination/briefing, support senior leads with CRM updates, and manage internal research tools.

​

Client Interaction Support:
Participate in client meetings to present findings and gain exposure to client-facing consulting, adapting to evolving client needs and feedback.


Qualifications

1-3 years of industry experience.

​

Proven ability to lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

​

Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.

​

Strong interpersonal and communication skills 

​

Experience in business development, including proposal writing and client pitches.


High proficiency in Google/Office Suite, PowerPoint, and Excel.
