They work with some of the largest and most storied organizations in the world as well as innovative new players.

Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced and strategic leader to join our team as an Engagement Manager. The ideal candidate excels at managing engagement delivery, nurturing client relationships, and developing strategic recommendations that address complex business challenges. This role is pivotal in driving client satisfaction, overseeing team performance, and contributing to the firm's growth through business development.

Key Responsibilities

​

Project Delivery & Client Satisfaction:
Manage and lead the successful delivery of projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
Foster and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and long-term partnership. 

​

Strategic Development:
Analyze complex client challenges and synthesize information into actionable, high-impact strategic recommendations and deliverables.  

Support clients in achieving their long-term goals by aligning solutions with their business strategies .

​

Client Engagement and Account Management: 
Act as the #2  point-of-contact (alongside the Principal) for key accounts, ensuring seamless communication and relationship management. 

​

Identify opportunities for additional consulting services and contribute to client engagement strategies that drive successful retention and growth.​

​

Team Management and Development:
Supervise and mentor the supporting team, ensuring deliverables meet quality standards and align with client expectations.

Provide guidance and support to team members, fostering professional growth and skill development. 

​

Business Development and Growth:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities to contribute to the firm's growth and revenue goals. 

Participate in proposal development, client pitches, and negotiations to secure new  clients and projects. 

​

Qualifications

A minimum of 5 years of industry experience.

​

Proven ability to lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

​

Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.

​

Strong interpersonal and communication skills for managing client relationships and leading teams.

​

A quantitative and qualitative thinker who can drive deliverables end-to-end.

 

​Experience in business development, including proposal writing and client pitches.

​

Demonstrated success in mentoring and developing team members.

​

High proficiency in Google/Office Suite, PowerPoint, and Excel.​
